Invitehive values the privacy of its Users and is dedicated to safeguarding it in every aspect. In order to provide a comprehensive and fulfilling internet experience to its Users, Invitehive provides a wide range of Services. The User's information is gathered by Invitehive through (i) information provided by Users and (ii) information automatically tracked while Users navigate on Invitehive's platform.

This policy describes how Invitehive collects, stores, uses and otherwise processes your Personal Information. By visiting, downloading, using Invitehive Platform, and/or, providing your information or availing our product/services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) and the applicable service/product terms and conditions. Information Collection

We may collect your Personal Information when you use our services or Platform. We collect Personal Information which is relevant and absolutely necessary for providing the services requested by you and to continually improve the Invitehive Platform.

With your consent, we may have access to your contacts in your directory, files, camera, and photo gallery.
Personal and Sensitive Personal Information collected, as applicable, includes, but are not limited to:

  • name, date of birth, gender, photo, address, phone number, e-mail id.
  • files and documents.
  • calendar events.
  • contact information.
  • crash logs.

Purpose and Usage

Invitehive may process your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • Creation of your account and verification of your identity and access privileges.
  • You can either use your contacts list or import contacts via xlsx, to import the guests for your events.
  • To save your created invitations images into Gallery.
  • To download and save reports for your guests.
  • Crash Logs to determine the app behavior and provide a seamless experience.
All required information is specific and based on the kind of Services the User wishes, and will be utilized to provide services, including but not limited to the Services requested by the User.

Google Calendar

Account Activity: InviteHive app uses end-to-end encryption to protect your google calendar data and due to the encryption utilized, we do not possess the ability to decrypt any of your encrypted data. End-to-end encryption is used to protect event titles or summaries, descriptions. InviteHive app uses Google Calendar API to sync the events information into the google calendar. Data fields are also cryptographically signed in order to prevent event tampering or manipulation by a third-party.

Easy Switch with "Sign In with Google": When you use our Easy Switch tool to import your data from Google and authenticate using the “Sign in with Google” option. Easy Switch's processing of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disclosure/Sharing: We may share your information with trusted third parties, such as service providers, for the sole purpose of operating and improving the App. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any unrelated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

User Account and Data Deletion: Users are entitled to request Invitehive to delete their User accounts and their personal information by sending an email with their written request to info@invitehive.com
We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

  • Our receipt of your written request; or
  • Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide, to enable us to comply with your request, whichever is later.
As an alternative to account deletion, by writing to info@invitehive.com, you also have the option to request either:
(i) the suspension of your account, after which you will not be able to log into the Portal ; or
(ii) temporary deactivation of your account, where you will no longer be able to log into the Portal but which allows you to request reactivation of your account with all your account data.
If you proceed with permanent deactivation of your account, you will lose access to the Portal and the Services, including any User data and personal information associated with your account. Users may request for account restoration within six (6) months from the date of notification of account deletion by Invitehive by writing to info@invitehive.com,
When you request deletion of your data, we follow a deletion process that ensures that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymised form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.

Your Consent

We process your Personal Information with consent. By using the Invitehive Platform or services and/or by providing your Personal Information, you consent to the processing of your Personal Information by Invitehive in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
